Many of the leading experts in the field were asked to contribute to the publication, which will be a valuable resource to lawyers, club executives and others active in the football industry.
Paul Gilroy QC is renowned for his football work, having been retained as Counsel to the League Managers Association since 2009. He has acted for a stellar list of clients from domestic and international football, appearing in most of the high-profile manager dismissal cases over the last decade. He holds a number of sitting appointments with The FA, and has conducted cases before FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. His sports practice also covers rugby, cricket, tennis, cycling, boxing, athletics, weightlifting, and gymnastics. He has extensive experience of selection issues, anti-doping and safeguarding in sport.
