Sir Philip Rutnam Settles Claim with Home Office

Littleton’s Head of Chambers, Gavin Mansfield QC, represented Sir Philip Rutnam in his unfair dismissal claim against The Home Office which settled on 4th March 2021. The claims had been due to be heard at an employment tribunal in September. Sir Philip thanked his legal team for the excellent support he had received during the entire process.
