Nick Siddall KC and Grahame Anderson today appear in the hearing of Kong v Gulf International Bank (Protect intervening) in the Court of Appeal. The appeal concerns the proper approach to the “separability doctrine” in whistleblowing cases and will be of very significant interest to all whistleblowing lawyers and those interested in the protection of whistleblowers at work. Nick and Grahame appear for the Bank, which was successful before the ET and the EAT previously.
The Court of Appeal hearing is being live-streamed on the Court of Appeal’s Court 71 YouTube channel, which can be accessed here.
