We will endeavour to resolve matters promptly but if we are unable to do so or if you wish to make a formal complaint, our complaints procedure is set out here.
In the event that you remain unhappy with the outcome of our complaints procedure, you have the choice of taking the matter further with the Legal Ombudsman. They have the responsibility for dealing with service complaints against legal professionals. Please note they will only do so once our internal procedures have been exhausted. The Legal Ombudsman publishes the data on all resolved complaints.
